Symptoms

今日在做一筆Packing List #526155時，在做Sales Order NO:112070272-1、料號:70H013時，

打勾，點Allocate時出現以下畫面，無法作帳；之後再回到Packing List Deliver查詢時，這筆已經Backorder。

Solutions：

此狀況應該檢查

1.數量：是否有足夠庫存

2.Sales Order 是否有異常的 Reservation  

3. Lots 是否逾期

4. Matalink 相關的Bug : INVTOTRX Receive Error 'The material sourcing Process failed to create picking suggestions ...' On Allocating Sales Order Move Order Lines [ID 883244.1]

很幸運的我們從他的Lots查到全部的Lot Number 皆已逾期是造成此次狀況的原因。這次的經驗是在與使用溝通時他提到了”逾期品倉”，在一開始沒反應過來的第一時間判斷誤認為是指該倉庫的數量Issue, 而不是連結到 Lot 是否逾期，因此，這次的經驗也是十分好的範本。另外，由Metalink 上查到的相關Report是反應了一個已知的INV Bug, 相關模塊負責人應該要Check其版本是否是低於該Bug修正後的版本，以避免未來會再度發生。
